Your Senior Team’s Senior Living Marketplace Agreement

Welcome to Your Senior Team’s (YST’s) Senior Living Marketplace, an exclusive and automated platform that freely promotes and markets your senior living communities and residences, including Independent Living, 55+ Communities, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Residential Board & Care for the Elderly (6-beds), and Continuing Care Residential Communities (CCRC’s) to the public and other professionals serving the marketplace. By registering, you affirm that you are an owner or an employee of licensed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and are in good standing.

As an early adopter, you hold Charter Legacy status, which entitles you to a right of first refusal for exclusive benefits, resources, rewards, goodwill campaigns, and unique opportunities as the senior marketplace grows.

Membership Benefits

1. Marketing Tools and Exposure for your Senior Living Product and Services:

• A customizable and manageable profile to present your property and representatives to the marketplace.
• Unlimited access for senior living executives, sales, and marketing professionals to be invited, register, and showcase their residences and communities and track activity and results.
• A secure, password-protected dashboard to manage content, prospects, and referrals, receive automated nurturing, status updates by email, and dashboard notifications.

2. Referral System & Proferrals™:

• Direct referrals from consumers are all automated and without third-party involvement.
• Direct Professional referrals (Proferrals™) from specialists in the Senior Marketplace.
• The Your Senior Team Voucher Program is offered and fully funded by Your Senior Team. Companies/businesses receiving the program's benefits must only update the move-in status date, the rest is completed by YST.

3. Networking and Collaboration:

• Access to a network of 35+ industries serving seniors.
• Virtual outreach opportunities to exchange referrals foster reciprocity with other professionals and offer comprehensive strategies and plans for serving seniors.

Indemnification and Liability

• Members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Senior Team and YST Marketplace, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from actions outside of Your Senior Team's control.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall first be resolved through mediation in Los Angeles, California.
• If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Costs and Fees

• No Registration or Renewal Fees.
• Referral Fees:
  • Consumer referrals: 50% of the first month’s rent and care.
  • Professional referrals (Proferrals™): 65% of the first month’s rent and care.

Member Responsibilities

• Provide complete and truthful business information, including RCFE licenses and administrator credentials.
• Maintain up-to-date property descriptions, photos, videos, and contact information.
• Accept or decline referrals within 24 hours of receipt.
• Follow up promptly with potential residents and update their status via the dashboard.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing senior living services.
